[edit] Title of union

I've changed the text to reflect the fact that the full name of NALGO changed in 1952 from National Association of Local Government Officers to the National And Local Government Officers Association. In my view the title of the article should be NALGO, as that is what the union was always known as in practice, rather than either of the full titles. Does anyone agree ?
