Natural Church Development is the multi-year project of Christian Schwarz. His goal was research Church growth to find out what common traits growing churches had in common. His work covers 23 countries and over 10,000 churches, making it one of the most significant studies of its kind. The trends cross denominational lines as well as cultural lines. His contributions intend to refocus the modern day approach to many church growth concepts.
