The Natterer See or Lake Natters is located 2,5 km southern of the village Natters on a height of 830 meters. It is one larger highlands Lake in the vicinity of Innsbruck. Around the Lake are several travel routes.
Even though its fen water the Lake has an excellent quality of Grade A. Reed regions at the shores and supply pipes supply the Lake with fresh water and restrict the pollution due to bathing oils in Summer. Different kinds of carps are living in the Lake.
