Natixis, is a french Bank which has been created in late 2006 by two French cooperative banking groups : Groupe Banque Populaire and Groupe Caisses d’Epargne. They combined into one single entity their Corporate Banking services : Caisse d'Epargne's IXIS Corporate and Investement Bank and Banque Populaire's Natexis Banque Populaire.
