National Registered Agents, Inc. ("NRAI") is the third largest national registered agent service firm and is a member of the "Big four" Registered Agent Service Companies. It is widely regarded as the first company to pose a substantial challenge to the dominance of CT Corporation (CT) and Corporation Service Company (CSC) by offering a viable alternative to same.

The meteoric rise of NRAI as a force in the registered agent industry is demonstrated by its continued annual double-digit growth which is realized mostly through the acquisition of long-standing accounts from CT and Corporation Service Company (CSC). They have accomplished this by developing new technologies and processes which gave them the ability to provide reliable agent services at a price far below the established industry leaders. It took years for the legal community to become comfortable with using any firm other than CT or CSC, however now NRAI has a roster of clients that includes many Fortune 500 companies and they are accepted in the legal community as a viable agent.

Like the other Big Four firms, NRAI offers online tools to assist with the retrieval of entity related information and to assist with filing required jurisdictional documents.

Other products and services offered by NRAI are Independent Director Services, Document Preparation and Filing, International and Offshore Services, Regulatory Compliance Services, UCC and Lien Services and Legal Research and Electronic Tools.

[edit] History

In 2004, NRAI introduced its web-hosted entity management system, CCM Corporate Compliance Manager™.

In 2006, NRAI launched First Serve™, its premium service for clients to view scanned served documents via its private network.

NRAI’s corporate headquarters is located at 100 Canal Pointe Boulevard, Suite 108, Princeton, New Jersey 08540.
