National Organization for Development of Exceptional Talents (NODET) and also known as SAMPAD (سمپاد) are national Middle and High Schools in Iran.

One can find them in every major city. These schools have tough entrance examinations for choosing talented students. Every year about 100,000 students apply. There is an intense contest between for places, much like universities' entrance exams.

The source of questions is not pre-announced. The manager of the organization is Hojjatoleslam Javad Ezhei who has been managing this organization for 19 years.
