National Nature Reserves in Bedfordshire in England are established by English Nature and managed by them or by non-governmental organisations such as the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds or the National Trust.

• King's Wood, 63 Ha near Woburn.
• Knocking Hoe, 9 Ha of grassland near Hitchin.

Note that the large nature reserve at RSPB, Sandy is not classified as an NNR.
