The 2007 National Hurling League is the current Hurling league between 32 GAA county teams from Ireland and London from England.

[edit] Division One Layout and Rules
Each team in Division One plays five rounds in their respective A and B groups. The teams that finish the five rounds in the top three positions go on to qualify for the knockout stages. The second and third team in each group go on to the quarter final against each other. The team in second position in Division 1A play the team in third position in Division 1B and the team that finish in third position in Division 1A play the team that finish in second position in Division 1B. The Quarter finals are layed out as follows:
(a) Team 2 Division 1A v Team 3 Division 1B (b) Team 3 Division 1A v Team 2 Division 1B
The winning teams from the quarter finals go on to play in the semi finals against the teams that finish the group stages in first position. The semi finals are layed out as follows:
Team 1 Roinn 1A v (a)/(b) Team 1 Roinn 1B v (a)/(b)
The winners of the semi finals contest the 2007 National Hurling League final.
During the group stages, the team that finish with the most points are counted as the team who finish on the top of the league. When two teams finish on equal points, the final position is then determined by the scoring average between the two sides. If the teams finish on the same scoring average, the team who have scored the most points for, are then selected as the leading team. If the scores are still equal, then the score between the two teams is then considered.
