'National Geophysical Research Institute' popularly known as NGRI, is a premier organization established under C.S.I.R in Hyderabad, in 1961 for Geoscientific Research in India. This institution has gained a reputation in recent years for its contributions to the current world with its pioneering research in earth sciences. It is supported by over 200 scientists and other technical staff whose research activities are published in several journals of National and International interest.
