National Division One 2000-01

National Division One is a rugby union club competition in England. The Leeds Tykes won the 2000/01 season competition to gain promotion to the Zurich Premiership. Orrell and Waterloo were relegated to National Division Two for the 2001/02 season.

- 2 points for a draw
- 0 points for a loss
