The National Assembly (Nepali: Rashtriya Sabha) was the upper house of parliament in Nepal during the 1990 Constitution. It Nepal had 60 members, 10 nominated by the king, 35 elected by the House of Representatives and the remaining 15 elected by an electoral college made up of chairs of villages and towns. The legislature had a six-year term, and could be dissolved by the king.

On January 15, 2007, the Rashtriya Sabha was dissolved as both chambers of parliament were substituted by an unicameral interim legislature.
