Nathaniel West (30 November 1592-1623) was the youngest child of Thomas West, 2nd Baron De La Warr, of Wherwell Abbey in the English county of Hampshire, and his wife, Lady Anne Knollys.

He was the last of the West brothers to arrive in Virgina, settling there in 1620.

In 1621 in Virginia, he married Frances Greville. They had one child:

Nathaniel West of Borick Hall (b.1622), who married Elizabeth Preston.
