Nathan Ablett (born 13 December 1985) is an Australian rules football player currently with the Geelong Football Club in the Australian Football League.

He is the son of former Geelong player Gary Ablett, and his older brother Gary Ablett, Jr. also plays for the Cats. He was selected in the 2004 AFL National Draft with the 49th pick under the league's father-son rule.

Though a gifted footballer, Ablett avoided media attention surrounding his junior career by choosing not to play for in the TAC Cup. He eventually decided to try playing AFL football, wary of the pressures placed on the son of a former league superstar and brother of a rising talent.

Ablett debuted midway through the 2005 AFL season after beginning his professional football career with the Geelong reserves team in the Victorian Football League.
