Nathalie Handal (born July 29, 1969) is a Palestinian poet, writer and playwright and a literary researcher.

Handal studied English and Drama at the University of London. She got an MFA in Creative Writing and Literature from Bennington College, Vermont and a Master of Arts in English and her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Communications at Simmons College, Boston.

She has given lectures on Ethnic-American literature at the Sorbonne in Paris
