Natalie Lewis is a Welsh athlete from Cardiff in Wales. She specialises in middle distance events, in particular the 1500m. She has represented Wales at the Commonwealth Games in Manchester 2002 and Melbourne 2006. She won the Amateur Athletic Association's Indoor title over 1500m in 2002.

Natalie is engaged to Welsh sprinter Timothy Benjamin. They plan to marry in 2007.
