Natalie Buchanan Laurence Vega is fictional character on the ABC soap opera, One Life to Live. The role was originated in 2001 and is played by Melissa Archer.

Residing at the Lord Llanfair Mansion, Natalie arrived in Llanview in 2001 to stake her claim as rightful Buchanan heiress, claiming she was the daughter of Clint and Viki Buchanan, after having been raised by Roxy Balsom. After both a paternity and maternity test confirmed her relation, it was revealed that Jessica, who was thought to be the lone biological child of both Viki and Clint, was actually the daughter of Mitch Laurence.

After settling in town, Natalie met Cristian Vega. When Viki's alter-ego, Niki Smith, returned in 2002 and pushed Viki's then-husband, Ben Davidson, out of the window, the blame was put on Natalie for causing Ben's comatose state. Cristian was the only person to believe Natalie was not the culprit. When it was uncovered that Niki, not Natalie, had pushed Ben out of the window, Natalie pursued a relationship with Cristian. In 2003, they married.

Later that year, then-FBI agent John McBain arrived in Llanview, and as a result of his actions, Cristian was kidnapped and presumed dead. Following many months, John and Natalie pursued a relationship. Cristian returned to Llanview in 2004, but was believed to be an imposter when, while brainwashed, he killed mobster Tico Santi, husband of Jessica Buchanan. During his incarceration, he remembered his identity, but made John swear not to reveal his true identity. In 2005, attorney Evangeline Williamson appealed his conviction, and Cristian was released. Natalie ended her relationship with John and asked Cristian for a divorce.

Natalie was formerly a receptionist for the Llanview Police Department, and is now studying to be on the forensics team and is once again involved with John McBain.
