Natalia Livingston (born March 26, 1976, in Johnstown, Pennsylvania) is an American soap opera actress.

She plays Emily Quartermaine on the ABC daytime soap opera General Hospital. The role of Emily was originated by Amber Tamblyn (Joan of Arcadia). The character is the adopted daughter of Doctors Alan and Monica Quartermaine. Livingston took over the role of Emily in April 2003. On May 20, 2005, Livingston won her first Daytime Emmy Award for "Outstanding Supporting Actress" on General Hospital. She is of Mexican descent and is fluent in Spanish.
