Nassim Ait-Kaci

Nassim Ali Ait-Kaci (b. June 3 1979) is a professional sound designer, musician, and audio engineer. His experience has been collected through a decade of music, custom sound design, composition and consulting for film, video games, and location recordings. His credited published work includes international CD and vinyl releases, alongside music for film and video games, and sound design for AAA video game titles.

Nassim rejects the use of traditional sound effects libraries, and embraces a unique customizable approach to the art of sound design. He is strongly committed to the creation of high definition field recording, music, and custom sound design.

Ait-Kaci is an American born Kabyle, originating from Algeria. He has spent a fair amount of time in transit throughout France, Algeria, Canada, and the United States. Nassim now lives by the beach in sunny Carlsbad, California, and continues to produce music and sound design for commercial projects.
