Narmacil II is a fictional character in J. R. R. Tolkien's universe of Middle-earth. He was the twenty-ninth king of Gondor and the son of Telumehtar and reigned from 1850 T.A. to 1856 T.A.

In the second year of his brief reign a federation of Easterlings called the Wainriders began to raid Gondor's territories east bank of the Anduin and in 1856 they overran these provinces completely.

Narmacil marched to Rhovanion to fight the invaders but was utterly defeated and slain at the Battle of the Plains. He was succeeded by his son Calimehtar.
