This image is NOT the original (official) cover of the 'Hatred Surge' demo tape by Napalm Death. This image was created to be used as a cover of bootleg versions of the demo tape. It is believed to have been created in the mid-1990's. The image utilises a picture of a later line-up of Napalm Death: the photograph of the group was taken in the downstairs bar of The Mermaid venue in Birmingham, England in March 1986 - it was taken by Andy Nunn of Birmingham (who appears as a poet on the 'War Crimes' LP by Doom) and was used to illustrate an interview with Napalm Death in Issue 3 of the magazine Total Cannibalism (1986).
