Matsuda Naoki (松田直樹; born March 14, 1977 in Gunma Prefecture, Japan) is a Japanese soccer player who currently plays for Yokohama F Marinos, with whom he signed after high school in 1995. Matsuda has a reputation as a hardman on the field, an image bolstered when he shaved his head. However, it is said his young son was scared when he saw his dad's shaved head so Matsuda re-grew his hair. This hasn't stopped him being something of a firebrand on the pitch, though.
