Nancy Lam (born in Singapore) is a celebrity chef famous for her Oriental food and television appearances.
Nancy Lam moved to London from Singapore at the age of 22. After originally training as a nurse, she gained popularity after catering for hotel guests and hosting regular barbecues for charitable events.
Lam has also opened a restaurant "Enak Enak" in London.
Nancy Lam recently took part in the Channel 5 reality show, Trust Me - I'm A Holiday Rep.
Nancy also makes regular appearances on Big Brother's Big Mouth as an avid fan. Latest appearance on 29th January, 2007.
