The transcription systems list Israeli and Ashkenazi dialects separately (and add the recommendations of Israel's Academy of the Hebrew Language for comparison).

All Hebrew abbreviations (rashei teivot) function as regular words for all intents and purposes and therefore should be written with standard capitalization rules, not in all-uppercase letter (e.g., Ramatkal, Yamam, Zaka, not RAMATKAL, YAMAM, ZAKA).
