Nakahara-ku (中原区) is one of the seven wards of Kawasaki, Kanagawa, Japan. The ward office is in Kosugi, the central district of the ward.

The Tōkaidō Shinkansen and Yokosuka Line pass through Nakahara-ku but do not stop; however, a Yokosuka Line station at Musashi-Kosugi is under construction.
