Nagashima, Mie

Nagashima (長島町; -cho) was a town located in Kuwana District, Mie, Japan. On December 6, 2004, the town merged with the town of Tado into the expanded city of Kuwana and no longer exists as an independent municipality.
As of 2003, the town had an estimated population of 15,667 and a density of 493.76 persons per km². The total area was 31.73 km².
