[edit] List/Comparison of file sharing programs

Some time ago, in 25 June 2006, you started a couple of articles about file sharing programs: List of file sharing programs and Comparison of file sharing programs. The later is now redirecting to the first, because their contents was almost identical. Currently, after some cleanup and wikifying by some other contributors, the article looks very similary to the File sharing programs category. I believe the contents of the article originates from the contents found in this category, and it makes little sense to keep an article with a list of things that are already present in the category. Do you intend to expand the article (maybe with a real comparison of file sharing programs) anytime soon ? Razvan Socol 16:53, 12 July 2006 (UTC)

If you want to improve the comparison of file sharing programs, see the Comparison of file sharing applications article, because the List of file sharing software was voted to be deleted, being redundant (see: Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/List of file sharing software). [edit] Changing spelling to american spelling

Hi Nadyes, I notice you have been updating the spelling in a number of articles from english to american english. I find that offensive, and wish you would stop. Mr Webster's english spelling adopted by americans is no better or worse than Dr Johnson's english spelled in the rest of the world, just different. If an american speller spells "aluminum", "center" or "organize", I don't immediately jump in and change it to what I might consider the correct spelling: "aluminium", "centre" and "organise". I realise that there is no difinitive world-wide standard for english spelling and go with the spelling the original author chose. To do otherwise is to infer that one way of spelling is superior or better than another.

Remember, Wikipedia is a worldwide effort - not an american effort. Sendervictorius

[edit] list of knowlege markets

Am I right in assuming you're User:24.81.207.53? I've removed your addition of "List of Knowledge Markets" to the "See also" section in many articles. The page doesn't exist, and the existing category of Knowledge Markets allows such articles to be found more easily than a manually updated list page could. --GargoyleMT 16:11, 21 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Your recent edit(s) to List of social networking websites

Your addition to List of social networking websites has been reverted. In the future, please only place entries there that are internal links to actual Wikipedia articles about notable social networking sites. External links, redlinks, substubs, non-notable sites or things that are not social networking sites will be removed. Please see WP:WEB for information on notability for websites on Wikipedia. If you have questions, use the talk page. Thanks. Refsworldlee(chew-fat)(eds) 00:55, 24 March 2007 (UTC)
