Nada personal is a Mexican telenovela, which was broadcasted in 1996. It was the first produced by Argos Comunicación for TV Azteca and began on May 20 of that year. This was the production that put the network on the radar of the television audience in Mexico.
It was the first telenovela of Ana Colchero after her leave from Televisa and the first telenovela that discussed political topics. She played the role of Camila but had to be replaced by Christianne Gout when Colchero had issues with the network. It was directed by Antonio Serrano, director of Teresa (starred by Salma Hayek) and the blockbuster film Sexo, Pudor y Lágrimas.

"No es nada personal" ("It's nothing personal"), said the chief of police after killing his friend a well-loved politician Raúl de Los Reyes. His daughter, of 13 years of age hiding in the car is discovered by a journalist (Llamas) as well as Los Reyes' older daughter, Camila (Colchero). Luis Mario and his youngest daughter of only 13 in a vehicle ambush. Luis Mario, takes Camila to the hospital and sides with her after investigations on drug cartels point her as a suspect in drug trade.
