Operation: N.O.-P.O.W.U.H./Operation: T.E.E.T.H. (New Orders - Pulverise Opposition Without Utilizing Hamsters/Tooth Extracting Enemy Terrorizes Headquarters) are episodes 103/3 of Codename: Kids Next Door. They premiered December 13, 2002.

The PTOOEY attacks Sector V in the treehouse for misbehaving at school. Each member takes them down like Numbuh 4 takes down Mad Dad, Numbuh 3 stops the Terrible Tutor, and Numbuh 1 takes down Midwestern Mom. When Numbuh 2 aims the bone at the Heli-Teacher with a slingshot, the Heli-Teacher didn't get a hit, until Numbuh 5 shoots her down with a SCAMPP. After the fight, Numbuh 1 asks Numbuh 2 what invention he used to defeat the Heli-Teacher. Numbuh 2 answers him it was a giant slingshot. Then, Numbuh 1 furiously asks Numbuh 2 why all that he could build is a giant slingshot.

Numbuh 1 shows the team the energy source to the treehouse; the hamsters all run around the wheels to power the treehouse. Suddenly, the hamsters run out of the wheels, and exit the treehouse. Numbuh 1 asks Numbuh 3 what she did to the hamsters. Numbuh 3 tells him that the hamsters work so hard that they need a vacation. Numbuh 1 tells Numbuh 3 that the hamsters are the energy source for the treehouse. Then, the treehouse's power instantly goes out and everything is plunged into darkness.

Meanwhile, in the Delightful Mansion, the Delightful Children are looking for a villain that is strong that he/she might able to beat the KND. First, they try the Toilenator to help out, but he is rejected since he's not the type of villain they're after. But the Toilenator tries to tell the Delightfuls that he has other talents, but they don't listen. Then, Gramma Stuffum, who wants to fatten up the Delightful Children, attacks the Mansion, but they told her that they had just eaten. To get her to leave them alone, the Delightfuls tell Gramma Stuffum that the KND are famished and point her in the direction of the treehouse where the KND lives.

Back at the treehouse, Sector V are still upset that they couldn't do anything without the power. Then, Numbuh 5 questions Numbuh 3 what did the hamsters do for vacation. It was revealed that the hamsters went to the beach and were eating some food. Numbuh 5 questions what would happen without the power. Then, Gramma Stuffum attacks the KND, then, she summons the spinach for the team. Numbuh 1, 3, 4, and 5 attacks the spinach, while Numbuh 2 begins to eat the spinach. When Numbuh 5 uses a SCAMPP to attack the sandwich monster, the SCAMPP didn't work, then, Numbuh 2 begins to eat the sandwich. While fighting, the food went to the mouth of Numbuhs 1, 3, 4, and 5. Then, the lettuce tells the liver that Numbuh 2 resists Gramma Stuffum's food, to which the liver replies to the lettuce that he shouldn't have an appetite like that. Then, the lettuce trips Numbuh 2 into the basement. Then, Numbuhs 1, 3, 4, and 5 prepares to attack while Gramma Stuffum's food begins to get eaten by Numbuhs 1, 3, 4, and 5.

After the attack, Numbuh 1, 3, 4, and 5 eat so much they triple in width, which makes them far to fat to get Gramma Stuffum. Gramma Stuffum proclaims that victory belongs to her, but she realized that there are only 4 operatives, at which point she realizes that Numbuh 2 is missing. Then, Numbuh 2 intervened and said "It's snack time, freuline", which Numbuh 5 doesn't get what he is saying. Gramma Stuffum summons some more food to attack Numbuh 2. He does fine for a while, untill his stomach can't take anymore and he keels over. Gramma Stuffum succeeds in defeating Numbuh 2, after which they are ready for dessert.

When the liver looks out at the food, he find hamsters on the treehouse eating the dessert, leading to a mistake that Sector V is having hamsters for desserts. Gramma Stuffum tells the liver that there are no hamsters for dessert. The hamsters attack the rest of the food, and Gramma Stuffum, along with the liver and two onions, are thrown onto the giant slingshot. Numbuh 2 uses the slingshot he had used at the beginning of the episode to catapult Gramma Stuffum back to the Delightful Mansion, where she makes use of her old plan: fatten up the Delightful Children from Down the Lane, despite the Delightfuls protesting again that they already ate. But Gramma Stuffum refuses to listen and sics a giant food monster on them...

The story starts while Numbuh 3 is walking home from the candy store while licking a lollipop. As she walks home, she walks into an alley. When it gets dark, a mysterious figure is running about, until it ambushes Numbuh 3! After the ambush, Numbuh 3 wakes up from unconsciousness and notices her teeth have been cleaned! At the Treehouse, the KND wonder where Numbuh 3 is. When she arrives, the KND demand to know what was going on. Numbuh 3 shows her what happened to her teeth and the KND tell her that her teeth should look like Numbuh 4's, Numbuh 2's or Numbuh 5's. She knows that. The KND tell her all they have to do is get more candy and they'll have her teeth rotten again in no time.

While walking to the candy shop in the dark (and using Numbuh 3's shining teeth as a flashlight, no less!), they run into Dr. Sigmund Teef, a dentist and asks the KND if they'd like a free checkup, but the KND refused. Dr. Teef even grows angry after Numbuh 4 calls him a freak. When they get to the candy store, they discover it's closed, but the store's owner, Mr. Jelly lets them in and lets them snack on the candy. They leave the candy store and Numbuh 4 says if the dentist ever tried to fix his teeth, he'd hurt the dentist so bad and keeps blabbing about it until he finally shuts up.

Back at the Treehouse, as they enter the command room, they notice Numbuh 4 tied up and bracified (in other words, someone put braces on Numbuh 4)! They see a note strapped to the chair. Numbuh 1 reads it and it says "Brush after meals and snacks or else. Signed Knightbrace". Numbuh 2 wonders what a Knightbrace is. Numbuh 4 tells him the dentist bracified him. Numbuh 5 thinks it's Dr. Teef, but Numbuh 1 tells her they shouldn't jump to conclusions and thinks that the KND are dealing with a villain obsessed with dental hygiene, which can only mean the KND need more candy. He notices Numbuh 2 missing, as well as Numbuh 5. He goes outside to see Numbuh 2 and 5 trapped in a web of dental floss, cleaning their gums. Numbuh 1 thinks a certain dentist is behind it, so they lay a trap in the alley.

In the alley, the KND leave a dummy of Numbuh 1 in the open. Numbuh 1 is hiding in a garbage can, Numbuh 3 is hiding in a vent, Numbuh 4 is hiding in a pile of newspapers, and Numbuhs 2 and 5 are hiding in trash bags as they await the evil dentist's arrival. Knightbrace comes along and starts brushing the dummy's teeth and the KND ambush him. Knightbrace immobilizes Numbuh 1 with toothpaste and throws his brace at Numbuh 2 and 5. Numbuh 3 shines some light on Knightbrace with her teeth, but Knightbrace takes out a dentist's mirror and temporarily blinds Numbuh 3. He dives into a window to safety and the KND pursue him.

The KND follow him into the dentist's office and search for Knightbrace, though Numbuh 1 warns his team "We're on his (meaning Knightbrace's) turf now." Knightbrace is about to attack Numbuh 1, but Numbuh 4 hits him in the foot with his braces and Numbuh 3 shines the light on him with her teeth, temporarily blinding him, allowing Numbuh 2 and Numbuh 5 to tackle him. Numbuh 1 then says "your cavity-fighting career is over, Dr. Sigmund Teef!", but Dr. Teef enters his office. The KND grow confused, until Numbuh 1 unmasks Knightbrace, who is revealed to be Mr. Jelly! Jelly tells the KND that ever since he was a kid, he wanted to be a dentist, but was thrown out of Dental School for putting braces on babies and was forced to inherit his family's candy shop and watch kids enter his shop and watch them scarf down candy, so he became Knightbrace to correct the damage he did. He gets into the dentist's chair and the chair starts turning into a giant robot thing! Jelly immobilizes Numbuhs 2, 3, 4 and 5 with toothpaste and grabs Numbuh 1 and is about to brush his teeth with imitation bubblegum toothpaste, until Dr. Teef throws taffy at him. He starts to eat the taffy and the chair starts to malfunction, immobilizing Mr. Jelly.

After they've defeated Mr. Jelly, Dr. Teef tells the KND the dental establishment will do its best to reform Mr. Jelly and that Teef's lazy brother-in-law will tend to the candy shop and asks the KND if they want their checkup, but they laugh uncontrollably. Numbuh 4 calls Dr. Teef a freak and he grows mad. The story ends.
