It shouldn't be. I've expanded it and moved it to the Postmodern literature article (which I've linked from this one). A short list of writers whom Hayles has written about at length would make sense, though. Metamagician3000 14:03, 16 January 2006 (UTC)

Macon, Georgia? I looked at Hayles' home page but there is no biographical information, and I was unable to find any elsewhere on the web. --babbage 02:12, 7 December 2006 (UTC)

According to her biography in Contemporary Authors, she was born in St. Louis, Missouri. I've added this information to the article. -Classicfilms 06:36, 13 February 2007 (UTC)
