This particular version of the cover is one of the infamous amazon.com "Blue Covers" which are the result of Simon and Schuster, the distributor of Baen Books, not switching the cover art to an RGB color space from the CYMK color space the original scan was saved as. Normal browsers can not properly interpret CYMK jpg's and the result is the "blue" effect as the Red, Green and Blue channels are mapped to the data in the cyan, yellow and magenta channels in the file.

The image is principally being used for the article 1635: The Cannon Law, the novel for which it is the publishers hardcover edition cover, thus constituting fair use. It should be noted, that this article will cover this same work when it is also released as a printed publication, as is the current practice by the publisher. (i.e. The e-book novels in the series are the pre-released book in an 'unproofed'[ serialized Advance Reader Copy (ARC), by which time, the cover artwork is finished and available.
In addition to that, this image will be used in the generic series article 1632 series which tracks all members of this group of works which are usually initially released as serialized e-magazines, then as e-books, and finally then in print over a nine to twelve month period successively in normal hardcover, and trade paperback succession.
Thus there will be two fair uses of this image as foreseen.

Please include in your fair use rationale details of the particular edition (publisher, market & year of publication) of the edition you have used, and also acknowledge any cover artist if such artist is acknowledged in that edition's frontmatter. If the book cover is in the public domain (see Wikipedia:Public domain), then use the appropriate public domain tag rather than this one.
