[edit] Male

Thanks for reveritng The Almighty's gender back to male. For some apparent reason, people came under the concensus that his gender was unknown (WTF..?!)... Anyhow, glad you're contributing so soon, and welcome to wikipedia! -MegamanZero|Talk 16:39, 19 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Non-sexual

Emmm... I have been contributing for quite awhile now. I have no idea why a father of 3 daughters can have a gender of unknown? Somehow, some of the people seems to be just making random edits to things they do not fully know. MythSearcher 16:50, 19 December 2005 (UTC)

Oh, well regarding your edits, you haven't made many, so I assumed you were knew here, and that's why I gave you the welcome. :) -MegamanZero|Talk 18:17, 19 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Your name sounds familiar to me

Nope, I've never studied at UMR. I know there are a couple of people out there with the same name; maybe you're thinking of one of them. Brendan 21:56, 26 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Your Gundam templates

I've seen your Gundam userboxes, particularly {{User UCGundamEF}} and {{User ZickZeon}}. But I have to remind to modify your templates, because the images you used, Image:EarthFederationFlag.PNG and Image:Zeon.jpg are labelled as copyrighted images. According the Wikipedia policy on userboxes, you cannot use copyrighted images in them, especially logos and those labelled Fair use in.... You can only use free images or just use text. - 上村七美 | talk 15:57, 1 July 2006 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading Image:Negima PSG-1.JPG. The image has been identified as not specifying the source and creator of the image, which is required by Wikipedia's policy on images. [edit] Cosmic Era Newtypes

Though they are not referred to officially as newtypes, they fall under the definition of a newtype which classifies anyone with a high spatial awareness as a newtytpe in the spirit of the word. In short high spatial awareness=newtype. Not all newtypes are able to send message to their pods without the aid of a computer.

Reply posted on User talk:58.71.28.130. Do not use speculation and personal research to contaminate wiki articles, a raven is a bird does not mean that all birds are ravens, your logic does not even work properly. MythSearcher 05:05, 28 October 2006 (UTC)

Actually, he/she is right. All newtypes have spatial awareness. That's what makes them a newtype. So saying that all people with spatial awareness must be a newtype seems logical cause that's what makes them a newtype. I don't think he wastrying to use that analogy that you said.

Nonsense. All NTs have high spacial awareness does not equat to all people having high spacial awareness are NTs. NTs are NT not because they have high spacial awareness, NTs are NTs because there are called one. NTs having the ability to control psycommu systems, having the ability to make their own MS invincible(Z and ZZ), having the ability to telephathically talk to people who are not NT(FG, last scene, Amuro talked to everyone on White base to instrict them to escape.) Also, Speculation is speculation, no proof is given, thus rv. MythSearcher 10:12, 28 October 2006 (UTC)

Newtypes are defined by their abilities. Therefore a person with spatial awareness is considered a newtype. If we use your logic, then everyone can be called a newtype.

Here is an evidence that there are newtypes in the CE: http://aeug.blogspot.com/2003_11_01_aeug_archive.html

This is NOT a reliable source. This is just a blog entry translating another blog entry, while the last sentence was skipped I have no idea if it is intentional or not but obviously it is not reliable.
here search for NT look at the last sentence: 当初の企画の名残.
Which essencially renders the whole paragraph useless, because it means The above was the original idea (the above meaning Mwu and Raww being last NTs but people try to find a different solutions other than NTs)
This original blog entry basically is proof of there are no NTs in the CE timeline because the story was changed.
Although it still does not change the fact that all blog entries are not reliable sources and cannot be used as an evidence when concerning wiki articles. MythSearcher 14:00, 30 October 2006 (UTC)

According to the Gundam Seed Destiny Model Book #2 states the second-gen DRAGOON systems do in fact use the pilot's brain waves.

Someone added claims that Shinn and Rey were newtypes to the Lacus Clyne page http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lacus_Clyne It was the only post by that IP. I reverted it, but I don't know if people have added things like this to other Gundam Seed pages. Edward321 01:57, 3 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Request for help

I and two other posters have a diffence of opinion on the Lunamaria Hawke page. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lunamaria_Hawke (and the associated discussion). Obviously, each of the three of us believe our view is right and the other two are wrong. Clearly, this needs someone else to resolve this and I'm hoping you can do so, or at least point me to someone who can. Thank you. Edward321 02:04, 3 November 2006 (UTC)

Tried to edit the line 'Love' to 'Love Interests' to bring the page into conformity with other Gundam pages. Instead, the line appears to no longer be listed, which I do not understand. (Note I did not change the listed Interest, that would be pointless until this is resolved.) Edward321 06:31, 4 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Final Fantasy character classes - thank you!

Thank you so much for being proactive and removing all the speculation from this article. I appreciate it.  :D -RaCha'ar 17:46, 11 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] User:Darkishblade

FYI, this user you temporarily blocked is seemingly back and posting as an IP address. One of the other editors tried to negotiate on the board he's spamming and he was notably unapologetic: "this site deserves to be listed on Wikipedia with no exceptions" external link removed here because it was on the spam blacklist meaning this page could no longer be saved —Wknight94 (talk) 01:30, 18 December 2006 (UTC). Oddly he then flew off on a tirade about the Wikipedia is such an unsuitable place for him to advertise his forum, yet he keeps doing it. Well, at any rate, he's demonstrated a point-blank unwillingness to follow the rules so further action may be in order. Sockatume 02:44, 17 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Gundam articles

You need to be citing your sources for information and seek consensus on information instead of RVing anything that disagrees with your particular viewpoint. Yzak Jule 17:31, 18 November 2006 (UTC)

No, saying "it's official" is NOT citing your sources. Yzak Jule 19:44, 19 November 2006 (UTC)

Then you need to say it's from MS Encyclopedia (which, going back 500 edits, you haven't), and also prove it. Yzak Jule 04:48, 20 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] May I ask for help on MSZ-006 Zeta Gundam?

I remember you mention you're going to work on many UC articles and wonder if this article is in your schedule. I just merged ZII into the article and plan to merge Re-GZ as well. However, it seem main part of article is big mess, lot of info yet somehow not exist in harmony. I think it's beyond my scope of ability, especially since I have so little knownledge on the addition Zetas from Gundam Evolve. I though about put clean-up tag, but realize that the problem need a fellow fan to resolve. So may I ask you to help clean-up the article? L-Zwei 17:55, 4 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] AFD

If you are going to merge articles in an AFD, it'd be best if you removed the AFD tag while you do so after the AFD discussion is finished.—Řÿūłóñģ (竜龍) 09:38, 5 December 2006 (UTC)

Some article redirected has been reverted. Please notice that I am working to merge in Minor Warships and Spacecrafts of Cosmic Era (Gundam). Just added Aegis, anyway. Draconins 10:31, 5 December 2006 (UTC)
Currently I am working as fast as possible. I have already warned about "explosion" already, right? ^^ Draconins 10:36, 5 December 2006 (UTC)
The problem is... that I am changing format too.... I currently using history.... I am changing from using table to list. Draconins 10:45, 5 December 2006 (UTC)
Hehehe.... If we keep using table, it would be messy. So please wait a little while... ^_^ Draconins 10:50, 5 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] CAT1-X Hyperion Gundam series AfD DRV

[edit] CS Lewis

Hi Benjamin, thanks for your recent edit to the C.S. Lewis article. The note to editors that you changed was the result of a lot of discussion and reflected the broad consensus of opinion among editors of the page. It is generally not considered good form to edit such notices unless you are sure that the edit reflects consensus also. If you'd like to raise any concerns you have on the article talk page instead, it will be easier to resolve any disagreements. Cheers, Martin 16:06, 11 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] 24.118.153.134

I assumed good faith on the edits, until he/she started deleting official sources just to change numbers to his/her own content. MythSearchertalk 00:59, 18 December 2006 (UTC)

Can you give examples of those and explain why there is a problem? Without knowing the subject, I can't say what is right and wrong so I have to assume good faith and say the edits look okay. Thanks. —Wknight94 (talk) 01:30, 18 December 2006 (UTC)
I really don't understand what this person is doing. Trolling I guess. Seems to be reverting himself almost as often as reverting others. Universal Century Technology no longer has the content he kept adding. I've left him a test4 for today's continued edit warring. Given the quality of the writing, I'm guessing it's a child. I'll try to assume good faith but something odd is obviously going on. Give me diffs for any other obvious bad edits you can find - that will make it easier to support a block. Thanks. —Wknight94 (talk) 03:50, 18 December 2006 (UTC)
Bizarre. I just don't understand this IP. Making half a dozen edits and then reverting himself. I don't know what to make of it. Unforunately I'm not knowledgeable with the subjects he's editing so I can't tell if edits like this are even vandalism or just atrocious typing by a child. —Wknight94 (talk) 02:47, 21 December 2006 (UTC)
I left 24.118.153.134 a "last warning" on their talk page for their disruptive edits to Late Universal Century. I reckon 24.118.153.134 is just a child. 24.118.153.134's English skills aren't the greatest and 24.118.153.134 does not listen to reason.--Just James 03:59, 15 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] RX-78 afd

Amen, brother, amen. Kyaa the Catlord 14:30, 9 January 2007 (UTC)

Don't be a dick, those AfDs were made in good faith and for good reason. Just because you don't agree with someone doesn't mean you have to say the things you've been saying. Right or wrong, it only makes the debate more heated and won't stop any future AfDs (it might even encourage them). Don't take it personally, because now you're giving WP:GUNDAM and other Gundam editors a bad image. -- Ned Scott 20:26, 10 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Civil

You're right, sorry. I get frustrated when it seems my balls are getting busted over my well-referenced articles when Wikipedia is rife with completely non-WP:V, unreferenced ju...stuff. スキャンダルの家 (House of Scandal) 11:47, 23 January 2007 (UTC)
