Ilmeisesti sinulle, Mysid, on jokseenkin hankalaa keskustella seksuaalisista vähemmistöistä. Jos esim. Jani Toivola sattuu olemaan sellainen, miksi siitä ei tulisi mainita? Kyseessä on kuitenkin julkisuuden henkilö, joka on itse myöntänyt olevansa homoseksuaali. Mm. suomenkielisestä wikipediasta löydät laajahkon listan bi- sekä homoseksuaalisista henkilöistä (tämä on sananvapautta!). Mielestäni seksuaaliset vähemmistöt ovat asia, joista tulee pystyä keskustelemaan. Vaikenemisella ei kukaan saavuta mitään. Uskon/toivon, että Suomessakin lopetettaisiin homo- ja biseksuaaleihin liittyvä pelko. Totta kai asioista saa puhua ääneen. Minusta vain ihmisen seksuaalisuus ei ole asia, joka määrittää hänet; sitä tuskin tarvitsee mainita tietosanakirjassa, ellei siihen ole jotain erityistä syytä. Artikkeli Spede Pasasestakaan ei kerro hänen olleen hetero. Jani Toivola on myös jo luokassa LGBT people from Finland, mikä minusta ajaa asian. Jos haluat erikseen mainita hänen olevan homo, voit kirjoittaa sen hieman pidemmin; Miksi se on juuri Jani Toivolan kohdalla maininnan arvoista? Mikä tekee siitä tärkeää?  Apparently it is somewhat difficult for you, Mysid, to discuss sexual minorities. If e.g. Jani Toivola happens to be one, why shouldn't it be mentioned? It is about a celebrity, afterall, who has himself admitted being a homosexual. E.g. in the Finnish Wikipedia you'll find a large list of bi- and homosexual people (this is freedom of speech!). I think people should be able to discuss sexual minorities. You'll achieve nothing by staying silent. I believe/hope that in Finland people would stop the fear of homo- and bisexual people. Of course you can say things aloud. I just think the sexuality of a person is not something that defines him; it hardly needs to be mentioned in an encyclopedia, unless there's some specific reason. The article on Spede Pasanen doesn't tell he was a heterosexual, either. Jani Toivola is also already included in Category:LGBT people from Finland, which I think is enough. If you specifically want to mention he's a homosexual, you may write it a little longer; Why is it worth mentioning? What makes it important? In the case of Jari Sillanpää there had been a long "discussion" about his sexuality in the yellow press, and the press had a huge reaction to his coming out. I thought it was worth mentioning. Unbelievably a certain user has now put all of the cinema templates up for deletion including that good looking Finnish one above. I beelive they serve a great purpose for establishing a better understanding and connection between articles of each industry to make them flow. But in totla haste he has gone ahead and proposed the lot. If my hard work is deleted I really feel that I should leave wikipedia for good and feel my 35,000 edits are not really respected. I am willing to limit the use of the American template but not the others. It will affect thousands of articles already. Many users have expressed that they think the tmeplates are very useful from all over.
