Mystary is an EP, released in January 2003 as a promo for Evanescence's debut full-length album, Fallen. The band has stated that the name is an intentional misspelling.[citation needed]
Many of the songs on this EP are nearly identical to the versions presented on Fallen. The exceptions are "My Immortal", which is a newer recording than the one found on Fallen, and "Imaginary". While people believe that this version has the outro to "Tourniquet", the only difference is the way the cello is played. Due to limited numbers produced, this EP is especially difficult to locate. It had originally been only for release in the band's home state of Arkansas.[citation needed]
