Myrina (mythology)
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Myrina was, according to Greek mythology, a queen of the Amazons who had defeated the town of cerne (which was controlled by atlantis) before finally being killed by the atlanteans.[1] Batieia (see Batea (mythology)) was the name given to "divine Myrina" by humans.[2] She is also believed to have been the wife of King Dardanus, an ancestor of Priam of Troy.[citation needed]
