Mynydd Isa Football Club are a Welsh football team that currently play in the Cymru Alliance. They play their games at Argoed Sports Ground in Mynydd Isa, Flintshire, Wales. As of the 27th January, they are 9th Cymru Alliance.

Founded in 1976, Mynydd Isa enjoyed their best ever seasons in 2004/5 and 2005/6, reaching the semi-final of the NEWFA Cup, finishing runners up in the Welsh National League {Wrexham Area} and also winning the League Cup for the second time in the club's history. First-ever promotion to the Cymru Alliance in 2006.
