Mykola Zaichenkov

Mykola Zaichenkov (Ukrainian: Микола Зайченков) born 20 March 1973 in Yuzhne, is a retired Ukrainian flatwater canoer and former world and European champion.

Zaichenkov is best known as a 200m specialist. As a member of the Ukraine four-man (K4) kayak 200m crew he won a world championship at Gainesville, USA in a time of 31.136 seconds.

A member of the Yuzhne club, he also represented Ukraine in the K2 200m, winning the European championship in 2000 with partner Mykhaylo Luchnik. The following year the pair took the world championship bronze medal.
