[edit] Trivia
- During the song "Rapper's Delight", instead of "What you hear is not a test, I'm rappin to the beat" is turned into "What you hear is not a dream, get up you nappy head/Ayo hear my rhyme, it's wake-up time, so get your white ass outta bed", then J.D. presses snooze and the rappers fall asleep.
- J.D. writes the name "Al Coholic" on the whiteboard before talking to Elliot about how she can't hang out with Turk and Carla. However, when he turns to leave, the name has changed to "Dr. Ass Face."
- J.D. describes the Scrubs 'sad theme' as the music he hears in his head everytime he learns a lesson
