[edit] Trivia
- Dr. Cox appears in this episode with his head shaved which was done for a future episode; this is explained in the episode's podcast.
- In the scene where JD is imagining what animal part Turk would have surgically placed on him, Turk apparently cuts his cow-udder to get bacon. This is impossible because bacon is made from pigs, not cows, but the implied joke was that it was "Turk-ie Bacon, as in Bacon from Turk.
