[edit] Trivia
- Dr. Kelso says Dr. Cox is "like House without the limp," referring to Gregory House from House. In a later episode, House is specifically parodied (My House).
- The first act of the episode features a running gag where J.D. seemingly breaks the fourth wall by talking directly to the viewers, but each time it turns out he is talking to another character. This is a reference to NBC advertising a web contest during the episode for viewers to help name Carla and Turk's baby.
[edit] Featured music
- "Still Fighting It" by Ben Folds
- "Macho Man" by The Village People
