J.D. has to deal with his growing feelings for Elliot after they stop being sex buddies; he tries seeing Lisa again which raises tension between them. Dr. Cox and Carla misdiagnose a hypochondriac patient after not taking his claims seriously, and Dr. Kelso teaches Turk a lesson about the small lies their patients tell them.
