[edit] Episode overview
Because of a mix up in divorce papers, it turns out that Dr. Cox is still married to Jordan. The good streak they were having in their relationship starts deteriorating. J.D. starts getting irritated that the janitor gets everyone to call him Co-chief instead of chief. J.D gets a pay raise because of his promotion and starts throwing it around. Turk is jealous because Todd has been having a good streak in surgery and getting all the good cases. Turk then gets mad because J.D. doubted him on a case (because the patient died). Dr. Cox and Jordan get a divorce to rectify their problems and go back to how things were. J.D and Turk work out their problems and J.D allows everyone to call him Co-chief for Elliot.
