My Mom Married a Yeti is the second episode of the animated Disney Channel series, Shorty McShorts' Shorts.

Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.

A hairy Yeti meets a "hairless woman", they fall in love and have two children, April and Izzy. When they inform their children that they will be chaperoning an upcoming school dance, they are afraid that their parents will embarrass them. Everything goes well until Yeti spots his children's dancing partners, causing his natural instinct to take control over him. He goes wild in an attempt to save his children, going as far as climbing up a statue of the school mascot. He eventually comes to his senses and puts his children down just as the statue tips over with him still on it. His children are able to save him from falling, and they forgive him for embarrassing them. Afterwards, they all have a good laugh about it.

A large hairy beast who loves corn. He is originally from the woods but left after meeting and marrying a "hairless woman". He has weak self-control and often lets his instincts get the best of them. Although he sometimes questions his decision of leaving the woods, he still loves his wife and children.

A woman who wears a white lab coat and studies animals, which led to her meeting Yeti. She often has to remind Yeti that they are married and have a family when his wild instincts kick in.

A young girl who wears braces and a brown jacket and is terrified of her father, the yeti, embarrassing her. She clearly takes after her mother.

April's younger brother who shares her fear of embarrassment. He takes after his yeti father as he is completely covered with hair.
