[edit] Act 1

The act begins with JD rushing into a room filled with people looking in anticipation, as though something severe is happening. It turns out its nothing real and that Dr. Cox’s son just needs 2 stitches, which is applied by Turk under penalty of death if he makes a mistake. The Todd then passes out because “he forgot to breathe again” the scene moves to Elliot meeting a patent who took too much Viagra and now has a long-standing erection. The scene then moves to Turk and JD in their apartment, and Turk showing off his new top hat that JD is jealous of. They then start talking about Turk having to meet Carla to apologize when they realize that Turk is almost late due to their constantly fiddling with the clocks. They then rush to meet Carla and accidentally get JD stuck in a hedge. Turk runs off so he isn’t late and knocks some biker’s bikes over and angers them, but JD comes to his aid. Turk manages to meet Carla in time and they discuss trust, and how Carla does not trust him, meanwhile JD is teaching the bikers about etiquette.

[edit] Act 2

Act 2 starts with Dr. Cox looking at his baby’s stitches when the janitor takes a photo of him angering Dr. Cox who then ruins the camera film. This act angers the janitor but Dr. Cox tells him he did it to defend himself from Jordan, as he doesn't want her to see the stitches. Elliot enters the scene complaining about the patient and how men don't need the pills because he doesn't have erectile dysfunction, and Dr. Cox points out how she is wrong by getting a significant amount of men in the room to prove they have used it. The scene cuts to Turk and JD talking about how Carla does not trust Turk, Turk manages to get JD to talk to Carla by bribing him with the top hat. The scene then cuts back to baby Jack now covered in band aids. Jordan pulls one off and reveals to herself Jack's stitches, angering her and the two starts to argue about how he isn’t good with the child but neither is she, causing Jordan to become speechless. The scene cuts back to Elliot yelling at the fellow doctors for making fun of her patient, including Dr. Kelso. The scene then cuts back to JD and Carla at the bar talking and JD is trying to get Carla to forgive Turk. Carla says she is not ready to forgive Turk and she just wants to forget about it for a couple of days. The scene the cuts to Dr. Cox at the jungle gym, and shows off to another parent by doing dangerous acts with his son. Meanwhile hiding in a tree is the janitor taking photos as revenge for Dr. Cox running his film. The scene cuts back with Elliot dragging Dr. Kelso to her patient to get him to apologies, and tell him that they need a surgery to relive the erection. The patient starts telling a very humorous story about what happened during his erecting, such as knocking his grandmother off of her wheelchair when the erection kicks in along with other things. Elliot cannot take it in anymore and starts laughing uncontrollably, hurting the patient's feelings. The scene then cuts to Carla and JD sitting on a couch at his apartment, with Carla wearing Turks top hat. They start talking about how drunk they are, and JD falls off the couch along with Carla, They now laughing on the floor. A montage rolls with Elliot laughing at her patient, Jordan finding out about Dr. Cox carrying his son with one hand and Carla and JD kissing.

[edit] Act 3

The final scene starts with JD sobering up and realizing what he has just done, kissing his best friend's wife. He starts freaking out along with Carla, and they decide that it was nothing more then a friend’s kiss. Elliot enters the room and Carla tells Elliot about what happened and JD locks the room. It then cuts to Jordan and Dr. Cox discussing what happened with Jack and how Dr. Cox thinks that they need to find a happy medium and that he never put Jack in any real danger. The janitor comes in showing Jordan photoshopped images making it seem like Dr. Cox has been doing tricks that could really hurt Jack involving a trapeze and complex flips. Jordan is now angered and swears Jack can never go to the park again without her. Dr. Cox turns on the janitor who mentions his photoshopping talents. Dr. Elliot is now talking to herself about how bad she was to the patient and Dr. Cox mentions how she was worse then everyone else, causing her to try and fix everything. She enters the patients room but is too scared to do anything. It then cuts to JD trying to avoid Turk, who manages to find him. Turk is given good news, Carla tells Turk she will move back in with him. It then cuts to a little while later with JD and Carla talking about the mistake they made and how little things can ruin marriages, and why she forgave him. It then cuts to Jordan reprimanding Dr. Cox for getting Jack hurt, where Dr. Cox reveals that he is just like Jordan but for sickness instead of injury. Then janitor then comes presenting proof of how unconcerned Jordan is of Jack’s safety involving people touching him, including a homeless man holding him. The two notice that they have everything covered towards his well being. It then cuts to Elliot finally having the guts to see her patent and tries to convince him to feel good about it by telling a story about how she was once caught without her under pants on at a roller rink and went along with it, instead of denying it and owning up to it and how if he doesn't accept it will devour him. It then cuts to Carla, Turk and JD talking about how everything is back to normal and everything will be ok. And he talks about trust, such as Jordan trusting Dr. Cox with Jack, with a compromise, Elliot's patent owning up to what happened and everything with Turk and Carla being ok until Carla tells Turk what happened with her and JD ending the episode.

Spoilers end here.
