"My Intern's Eyes" is the 94th episode of the American situation comedy Scrubs. It originally aired as Episode 1 of Season 5 on January 3, 2006. Much of this episode takes place from a first-person perspective from the eyes of Keith, one of J.D.'s interns.

- J.D.'s fantasy about doctors using shotguns to put down patients is a reference to a The Far Side cartoon that shows a horse hospital, where there are several doctors walking around with shotguns. In J.D.'s fantasy, he refers to a patient as Mr. Larson, a reference to Far Side author Gary Larson.
