[edit] Episode overview
Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.
The episode opens with a recap that J.D. and Neena are dating and that Neena is representing Mr. Corman in a malpractice case against Turk.
Elliot is assigned one of the hospital board members as a patient, unfortunately he turns out to be very sexist and so Elliot pretends to be a nurse working for a male Dr. Elliot Reid, who she gets Janitor to act as. J.D. promises to break up with Neena but ends up having to enlist Jordan to do it for him, in a Kill Bill-esque scene. Carla convinces Mr. Corman not to sue Turk. And Elliot stands up to both her patient and Dr. Cox.
