My Boyfriend's Back is a 1993 comedy film.

The film is about a girl, Missy McCloud, whose boyfriend, Johnny Dingle, dies but comes back to life as a zombie because of his love for her.

The title is a reference to a song of the same name from 1963 by The Angels. The film was directed by Bob Balaban.

Philip Seymour Hoffman, Renée Zellweger, and Matthew Fox play small roles in the film.
