My Big Fat Spy Wedding is the 46th of The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron. It was aired in 7-22-2005.

In the middle of the night, a woman sneaks into Jet Fusion's home.
Jimmy is going to an invention contest. On the way, he is sucked into a mailbox. He then finds himself in the headquarters of the BTSO (Big Top Secret Organaztion). The leader, Commander Baker, needs him to track the activities of reformed villainess, Beautiful Gorgeous, who was just recently released from prison in two weeks early from her 45 year sentence. Jet Fusion is on vacation. Baker tell Jimmy that they implanted a tracking device in Beautiful's brain but Jiimy asks if it is legal. Baker falsely says there's a spy satellite and suck Jimmy. He accepts the mission, and with Carl and Sheen's help, finds her. She is first seen in a tuxedo store. Coincidentally, so is BTSO's top agent, Jet Fusion. She was about to strangle him when Jimmy and the gang rush in and alert Jet. Both Jet and Beautiful start laughing and explain. Beautiful wasn't about to strangle Jet, but was trying a necklace on him. They have fallen in love, and are going to be married. Jimmy is shocked and does not believe that Beautiful is good. He tracks her three more times, only to find no suspicious activity. At the third time, Jet asks Jimmy if he would like to be his best man. Jimmy accepts and leaves. After he leaves though, beautiful hypnotizes Jet to strangle anyone who says "I have the ring", the words Jimmy would say in the wedding. When Sheen said those words later, Jet begin to pound him until Goddard hit him with a stun ray. Suspicious, Jimmy uncovers Beautiful's plan (alone). Apparently, when Jimmy say "I have the ring", Jet will kill him in front of witnesses and be sent to jail and Beautiful will have rid the world of the two best crime-fighters. She hypnotizes Jimmy to forget what he heard and saw. Carl and Sheen were watching from a distance and rush in to Beautiful's room. Beautiful puts them behind bars as she rushes off to the wedding. Meanwhile Jimmy shows up at the wedding in a tux. Cindy is love-struck and even accidentally records video of her saying he's handsome. Carl and Sheen are hopelessly trapped and Jimmy is about to be strangled. They escape though with help from the Atomic Monkey Special Forces Squad. As they made their way to the church, they were slowed down by Retroville's annual bear, skateboarding and giant fan festivals. They manage to reveal Beautiful's plan and everyone goes into a chorus of "I have the ring" and since Jet can't kill them all, snaps out of it. Beautiful tries to escape but is arrested. She throws her bouquet up and Cindy catches it. Cindy and Jimmy then look at each other affectionately but then look disgusted and the bouquet came into Carl's hands. Commander Baker grants Sheen and Carl the rank of "Honorary Spy" and tells everyone that they can sing pretty darn well... except Sheen. Everyone then walks off into the sunset as a new song "We all can sing" plays as all the actor's who played guest star come up..

- Colonel Mcswain is named after Ginny McSwain, who is the head of voice direction for the show.
- In this episode, it is revealed that Beautiful Gorgeous wanted to be the person who puts the little plastic ends on shoelaces.
- In this opening intro, the title My Big Fat Spy Wedding logo that has a heart which was drawn with an icon formed as a target. This target icon is from the Time Crisis games, it also show the cast of characters with their names on it (Freezing pictures) in the ending.
- If you look closely, Peggy Sue and Quetin Smithee, Calamitous's disguises in earlier episodes in the season.
- A Twonkie can be seen during the singing portion of the episode. The strange thing was that the Twonkie was supposed to transform into a monster at the sound of good music. This is contradicting what the Twonkies movie claimed.
- Everyone at the wedding are from past episodes. The two guys dancing are John Davis and Keith Alcorn, who work on the show
- Captain Betty was credited, even though he only made appearances and had no lines.
- The title is an obvious parody of the movie My Big Fat Greek Wedding
- When a monitor showing Professor Calamitous accompanies Beautiful Georgeous at the wedding, it shows him in a jail when he should still be trapped in the Cretacious Period.
