- UV, besides the point that it is unverified, i have serious qualms about posting of a picture with someone’s license plate number next to their face, i am not saying that this is her plate, but this could be construed as a invasion of privacy, and also that the less scrupulous users of Wikipedia could uses this for less then appropriate uses? --Boothy443 | comhrÚ 04:23, 16 Apr 2005 (UTC)

NS, UE. This image has no information on its source (thus a potential copyvio) and there are some serious privacy concerns. If User:Scorch (the uploader) can prove beyond a reasonable doubt that she is Jeri Ellsworth (the person in the picture), I'd change my vote, but would consider putting Jeri Ellsworth up for a VfD/Userfy for being a vanity page. --Deathphoenix 07:11, 16 Apr 2005 (UTC) (correction: Jeri Ellsworth is not a vanity article --Deathphoenix 07:16, 16 Apr 2005 (UTC)) Change to conditional vote. --Deathphoenix 02:15, 18 Apr 2005 (UTC)- The picture is of Jeri Ellsworth holding up some Commodore-related vanity number plates belonging to a fellow geek and Chicago C= Expo 2002 participant called Eric Kudzin. It was apparently taken by Randy Harris, who keeps a copy in this directory where it is called MVC-261S.JPG. Randy Harris should be contacted for copyright purposes. - Keep. That vanity plate and Ms. Ellsworth make a good company (see: MOS Technology 6502). It will be great if she authorizes our use of that picture. Unless she objects, I'll say let's keep this image. -- Toytoy 04:31, Apr 20, 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Permission
For the record, I contacted Ellsworth about the image. She voluntarily corroborated the information about the source of the photo. She is aware of the image, likes it, and gives permission for it to be used on Wikipedia. I have also gone over the latest rewrite of the Jeri Ellsworth article with her, and she approves of that too, and thanks us for a job well done. :) --Elonka 23:57, 6 April 2006 (UTC)
