Muzaffar Hussain Baig

Muzaffar Hussain Baig is deputy chief minister of Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. He is leader of Jammu and Kashmir People's Democratic Party . In 2006 he had to step down as the deputy chief minister. Once a powerful politician, now is reduced to a lame duck member of the Kashmiri polity. He is clearly out of favour and it appears he will have to completely withdraw from politics come next election.
