Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.
Animals are disappearing from the Zooniverse one by one. When Joey Moose goes missing, and Mrs. Gideon informs Vince that her python is missing, Howard decides to save the day. After Vince (who has an affinity with the Animals) talks to the Cobra, he and Howard discover it is Dixon Bainbridge who is stealing all of the animals. They soon find Dixon Bainbridge's secret laboratory, and the race of Mutant animals which Bainbridge has been making. Howard and Vince give them their freedom, and they overthrow Bainbridge, and leave the Zoo.
